The convener theme or slogan, which is elected every year at this time is "The pleasure of reading", highlighting the nature of enjoyment that should be inherent to the act of reading.
As the French Daniel Pennac says in his book as a novel, which introduces unavoidable ideas to induce children to read, "read the verb does not support the imperative, dislike it shares with other verbs, as the verb and the verb love dream ".
This justifies the choice concept sufficiently. Especially in times like these, when the constraints and difficulties of daily life seem to compel us to defer or replace reading activities-appear-just seem to be more playful, funny or uncommitted, it is useful to remember that only with introspection requires reading the man can get to know, reflect, learn and enjoy the many books containing lives.
